As long as the core issues aren't reasonably solved, it's always hard to move out of a stressful state on a sustained basis as anything else kind of pales in comparison to this core issue. One of the main ways I try to manage stress is going out for walks, specifically to the beach, when falling a sleep to get into a restful state can't happen.
The core issues are always there, the chronic conditions and the problems and all the issues. Unfortunately I can't eradicate it.
