Simple chicken fry recipe for Lazy people ๐Ÿ—๐Ÿฒ

hello friends i made a simple chicken fry recipe.

Today I was so lazy to prepare so chicken curry, my brother bought 500 gram of chicken from the market, since he was craving for chicken curry, so this is how i made chicken fry, in a simple way.๐Ÿ˜

First, cut a slice of onion, then grind few cloves of garlic, then cut a tomato this size with coriander leaves ready. ๐Ÿ‘‡

Then wash and clean the chicken pieces thoroughly ๐Ÿ‘‡

take a frying pan, heat some mastard oil, adding a little bit of butter. And then add the chicken pieces, stir into the hot oil for 5 mins. ๐Ÿ‘‡

After 5 mins, add few slices of tomatos๐Ÿ…, stir the chicken and tomato well. Then cover it for 15 mins, let the tomatoes n chicken to cook well.๐Ÿ‘‡

next after 15 mins, open the cover from the pan, and add Half a tea spoon of chilli powder, yellow powder and cumin powder and a tea soon of salt. Mix and stir will well, and half a glass of water, that it don't burn.
After that cover it again, and let it cook for 7 mins. ๐Ÿ‘‡

after 7 minutes, remove the cover from the pan. And add some coriander leaves for better taste๐Ÿ˜‹, and its done ๐Ÿ‘‡

Then separate the chicken fry from the Pan to a Bowl, and its ready to serve.๐Ÿ‘‡
