Hi all.
Today, I grace your eyeballs with a George Bush 1 oz bar. I picture it next to the first gold I've ever metal detected. Yes, it is the tiniest ring I've ever seen.

I snagged the bar years ago, because I like cheap silver, and I'm pretty sure I paid under spot.
The tiny ring is very light, and marked 14k. I detected a beach, and found this tiny thing under a fencing nail. Even though it's small, it's my favorite find so far... but, I plan to go nugget detecting way up north. So hopefully I can find some river nuggets, that would be awesome!
Have a good day!

The silver bar is a good score especially under spot, but free 14 karat gold....... awesome!!👍😀
Free gold is amazing. I found a gold bracelet in a parking lot once!
That’s awesome, I’ll have to check parking lots much closer in the future Lol😇
Hope you’re having a great weekend, my friend!😎
Nice, the only gold ring I find so far are fake gold jewelry. Not even 14k.

Even fake jewelry is fun to find! In Florida people "seed" the beaches with fake Spanish gold coins, just to mess with detectorists!
Nice gold find, any gold found detecting is the best kind! And silver under spot, you can't every go wrong! Well done!

I was shocked to find it after a day of digging up trash!
I know the feeling, finding tons of old nails and old cans is part of the curse of using a detector. But every now and again you get lucky!
