I thought I'd grab something out of the safe to show. It's one of my favorite things to stack. Mexican gold.
This tiny Dos Pesos was bought locally here from my coin shop, someone had brought in a bunch of old gold, back several years ago, so I snagged it at near spot back then. What a deal with today's gold!

The two Peso Mexican Gold was my first Gold coin I bought as a teenager my friend!👍😊
I had to order it online from an ad in Coin World just after Nixon removed the U.S. from the Gold standard….
It took four weeks to ship to me and I thought was on top of the World!
I OWNED Gold!🤣😇💪

That is one of my favorite Mexican coins to collect as well! It's not horribly expensive and has such a cool design. Over the years I have never turned down a good deal on one of these, I love them! Great addition to the stack!
