Right at the end of all that BOT bologna they state "the supply of silver still limits the U.S. Mint's ability to completely satisfy demand". Enough said they don't need to try and bamboozle us with this BOT Business.

Yes, they make a big deal about the "BOT issue", then slip in the real problem as an afterthought. The phrase "supply of silver" is interesting, it's almost as if they were... short.
