These rounds are so easy to overlook, as copper is barely considered "precious", but there is a certain beauty unique to copper.
Perhaps someday copper will show its true value once the reality of scarcity has to be dealt with. Who knows what the future of copper will be, especially as new technology requires greater demand for these metals.

Pennies are the easiest and most affordable way to gather copper. Copper pennies are sold on ebay by the pound.
The upvote button has always been red for Hive, as long as I can remember. There are so many different tribes and color schemes.
Red upvote button? That must be confusing. I am using Ecency, and the color of the upvote button in this application is blue. As far as I remember, it used to be blue on Hive too.

I have a handful of large English and Canadian pennies and think of the time when these had a lot of purchasing power in their time. As an industrial metal with many useful applications I think it still appropriate and useful in small anonymous transactions though now in Canada, our penny have been officially demonetized as a by product of inflation and were no longer made of copper since 1986. I still have at least 10 pounds of small copper pennies stowed away. Coinflation.com says they are worth almost $0.03USD each.
