I got up as usual around 5:30, a good bath, a coffee, and off to the gym. I arrived a little while ago, another bath, my breakfast, and then I started working on the computer. I'll get ahead on some pending tasks and I'll go out in the afternoon to relax a bit.
You get up very early , though you’ve already explained why, and I understand. We go to the gym at night; it’s more convenient for us. That said, we do bring something to wipe down the machine we’re going to use; you know how it is , some people don’t bother; they just hop on the machine and that’s it.
And you're right ,some people arrive, work out, and then someone else comes along and starts exercising right away; but there are also those who bring something to clean up with. Like my mother says, it takes all kinds to make a world.
I don't get up early on Sundays; we stay in bed for a few more hours. It’s a long weekend , Monday is a public holiday here in Colombia , so Sofía and I take the opportunity to travel to a small town and rest

It bothers me to see those machines covered in sweat; I admit I’m a stickler for order ,I like everything clean and in its place.
