Afternoon everyone …
I’ve been doing group buys on coins and such as usual. The downfall to it is that every time I think I’m going to be getting my stuff, a new release happens. Then I just say hold it until everything arrives.
There is a total of fifty five ounces of silver in this box. Many different items, which I will begin sharing right now.
I must have been a pirate in another life, because I am seriously hooked to and coin, round or bar with an old style ship on it.
This is the sixth coin of the Blag Flag series. It’s the Kingston.
A great looking coin as always from the Perth Mint. I bought three of these. One for me and two to flip at a later date.

Obverse: Showcases the Jody Clark effigy of His Majesty King Charles III, the monetary denomination, the coin’s weight and fineness, and the 2024 year-date.
Reverse: A representation of the Kingston, a merchant ship carrying valuable cargo, which was captured by John "Calico Jack" Rackham and crew. Calico Jack was known for having female pirates in his crew, including his lover, Anne Bonny. The pair sailed and pillaged their way through the Caribbean. The Kingston is shown ominously creeping towards the tropical coastline as the Jolly Roger flag ripples in the wind overhead. The motif of a skull is formed in the horizon. The design also features the words "THE KINGSTON," "BLACK FLAG: CALICO JACK & ANNE BONNY," the weight, fineness, and The Perth Mint's traditional "P" mint mark.

My stupid ass state charges tax on metals. So I do group buys with someone in a state that’s doesn’t charge it. Plus it helps us reach the free shipping from dealers easier.
There is still time to buy silver in this way, as its price may also increase significantly in the next few years.
Digging a bit deeper into the saga of these three famous pirates there's got to be more to the story beneath the pillaging along the east coast. Almost like an 18th century pirate soap opera.
