Wow, that is a very attractive coin! I prefer the US version that @silversaver888 posts below, but both are nice!
That’s the proof medal from the US Mint. It’s not a coin and it’s 5X the price for the same one ounce of silver.

I'll definitely keep an eye out for it. I like the design. I'm indifferent about the royalty on the one side though. Probably just as well it's the king versus some of those Trump coins I have seen out there!
You probably won’t see them around much. The on line dealer that I’ve used for a decade now is Monument Metals. They are out of Maryland. Awesome to deal with. They have them.

I am in the list to receive this medal shorty from the US Mint. Although the image is the same in the front, the wordings are different and the back is totally different. I also preordered from Monument, the British coin, which has Charles on the obverse. Below is how it looks from the US MINT:
