Yesterday I had a colonoscopy done. By my girlfriends request…..
The procedure itself was no problem, but the prep work the day/night before is horrific. No eating 24 hours out, not a big deal. Starting at 5:00 pm the night before with the first dose of the drink you have to take. Oh my god that stuff tasted horrible, it’s the worst thing I’ve ever tasted and I’ve tried durian fruit in culinary school. YUCK!
You spend the next three plus hours on and off the toilet. Then an hour or two later you have to take a second dose. Repeat of above. Not a drop of anything after 5:00am. No water or anything.
The only good is that they only found one pollip which was 3mm which they cut out. Clean bill of health. They did check and monitor both my blood pressure and heart beat which were also great they said 118 over 76 was my blood pressure.

I know that @kerrislravenhill posted about this coin last week. But it’s now available through Apmex. I just got the email yesterday from them.

Yes the prep is a pain for sure been through it to many times
Was having them every 6 months for a while till after having so many polyps and a gene putting me at high risk they removed most of my colon
Just had one post surgery recently only two polyps and they were non cancerous so I have year break till my next one

the prep I did the last few times was a mix of Miralax, gatorade and ducolax, not so bad to drink as the big bottle they used to give, but still not fun
good thing now with only 6 inches of Colon, I dont have to drink so much of it :)
Colonoscopies are no fun.
That is very close to what the Hong Kong secondary market's current demanding price in USD. I wouldn't pay that price either but very happy to have this coin in my possession at the price I got them for. I should have ordered more when 10 where still available.

Why is it so expensive when the quality is no better than that of Perth Mint? Same with some Niue coins. Ah... I think they are just gouging the stackers/collectors!

The night before a colonoscopy is a wild one. After my last one, I was so doped up I got a ride home and woke up about 20 hours later on my chair with the TV on.
