Afternoon/evening everyone….
Let me start off by addressing my typo on yesterday’s post. I was pretty hammered writing that post and accidentally left out a letter….. OOPS…🤦🏻
The weather has been beautiful, mid 80’s and sunny every day so far. The water here is very clear and an almost turquoise color. The area we are staying the water is fairly calm, but the drop off going into the ocean is very steep and happens fairly close the edge.
There are seven restaurants in our resort that are all included. Our second night we went to the Italian restaurant.
The Parmesan cheese wheel was used as a vessel to coat fresh pasta in. You picked your choice of toppings. We chose pancetta, roasted garlic and chives. It was very tasty.
After dinner we went to the outside amphitheater where they hold shows nightly. This one was called the circus. It was acrobatic stuff which was quite different in nature. They have a different show each night of the week.

I was looking at the cheese and wondering what I was looking at, but parmesan cheese it is, got it. Seems like you have a great resort and lovely weather..
