I've been waiting for https://www.ckshows.com/ (the Vegas coin show folks) to get their shit together and put out the dates for the 2024 shows. Well, super-sleuth @dfinney was able to get in touch with someone over there and it went like this...
So...April!?
As the de facto event planner for the Vegas meetup I am going to make and executive (random) decision to hold the meetup the weekend of March 15th, 2024.
I don't want to miss the coin show as this was the original excuse reason to rally #sgs members to get their asses to Vegas, but in reality that was just one of many fun things we have down on past trips and I'm sure we'll have no trouble finding something else to do together.
It is Las Vegas, after all, so there should be something we can do...
Here is more info from Dfin on hotel pricing in March. Not sure if this is one hotel or an average of many but it will serve as an average because most of the strip hotels are owned by two or three companies.
Looking at this, the middle weekend seems to make sense. I can't do the previous weekend and the following one is stupid-expensive.

Now that the dates are set I'll start looking at what's happening in town over that weekend. First thoughts are the comedy club, which was a blast last time, and maybe a tour of the Vegas area coin and/or pawn shops for that silver fix.

• NJ Devils at Vegas Golden Knights (Sunday 3/17)

I worked on many movies with Brad Pitt... Anyway... Groups of people tend to slow me down... I was in and out of the last Coin Show in less that a half hour... I was up and down every isle, knowing exactly what I was looking for... As soon as I spotted it, I bought it, and out the door I went...lol... I did stop at the Casino Cage before heading out to my car, and picked up two Brand New Rolls of the Bessie Coleman Quarter Dollar Coins... They have Mirror Finishes, and appear to be in Proof Like Condition... No one else besides me, picked up any rolls of quarters, like I suggested... I'm not good at tagging along... It did look like you guys had a blast...
Someday for now I gotta watch y'all from the sidelines gotta get a few years into these babies first
