Six week health challenge: week 5

Hello steemians! This is my entry for this week's health challenge.
First and foremost, I want to commend the effort of the organizers of this contest @healthsquared towards building a physically fit and healthy commmunity of steemians.
Now to my routine work out of the day.

Here, the concentration is on building the rectus abdominis muscle

I flipped to building the serratus anterior muscle and the oblique abdominal muscles.
