SIX WEEK HEALTH WEEK 5: MY DAILY DRILLS

With the current global trend where the incidence of obesity is currently on its way ascending to astronomical heights . Which can be blamed on the lifestyles changes of individuals such as sedentary lifestyles and the type of food we eat. The internet and the society at large has also not made it easier for people who are obesse and not fit. It therefore becomes a blessing if you manage to stay fit and slim in this modern world. So i would like to thank @healthsquared and @sweetsssj for organising this wonderful contest to help me show how i manage to keep fit.

It is understandable that sometimes the nature of someone's job or bussiness can be so demanding that a person cannot have enough time to go out to the gym to carry out work out. So I will be explaining simple work out routines that can be carried out at home without necessarly having to go to the gym.

USING THE SPRING STRETCHER

This is a simple, but yet a very effective way to keep fit and healthy. Using these spring stretcher which involved placing your legs firmly on the pedals while u try to drag the spring up to your head level. Just be careful to avoid the spring smashing your face or legs.

BENEFITS: it helps to build your arm muscle both biceps and triceps while at the same time doing a great work on taking out abdominal fat as well since it involves stretching the whole body.

USING THE DUMBBELL

This is yet another simple but yet effective method which i use to stay fit and can also be efficiently used at home.

BENEFITS: it can also be used to develop the muscles of the arm. Taking out excess fat and converting them to muscle therefore keeping you fit.

DOING SITUPS

This is another important way i manage to stay fit without necessarily going out to the gym and its very effective as well. All you need is to have a friend around who will hold up your legs while you try to push yourself up with your hands behind the back of your head.

BENEFITS: It is very important in reducing belle fat, i recommended it to a female friend of mine and in no time she has lost most of her belle fat.

PLAYING FOOTBALL

I will say this is the most important way i keep fit at home since its something i actually enjoy doing as well.

BENEFITS: helps you to keep fit and also helps in the reduction of stress, since its an exercise that involes the entire body. Playing football leads to an increase in the rate which your heart pumps out blood therefore increasing circulation to the whole body and we all know of the numerous benefits that can be associated with that.

So those are my drills that i carry out almost everyday to stay fit and happy.
