Thanks for that list, I'm obviously a dolphin then, maybe even more clearly than you. ;o)
I use to wake up around 6.30 a.m. (it was at 6 a.m. for a long time) and I can be energetic at any time, even after a night-shift. Well, I did not have more than 2 of them in a row so far ...

I hope your employment situation changes soon. Being unemployed is much more stressful than being employed.
