I have prioritized sleep before it was cool, it’s been since we had kids that routines have disappeared.
My current routine is right after supper to start bedtime, then we watch a single show, right now it’s Jane the Virgin, then we start our bedtime routine and try to be in bed by 9pm.
Nice! A good way to unwind and relax and getting to bed early is always good.
