  5. Another way to get rid of sleepiness - actively rub your ears until you feel a strong rush of blood. This procedure is very breezy.

With such a saturated way of life, I always want to sleep. We sleep very little and work very hard. Therefore, to feel comfortable during the day, try to relax more.
