I’m constantly trying to improve on my drawing skills and in all honesty I feel quite proud of the piece I have created. Although it is not perfect, I have reached a level in my drawing that I have never reached before. I usually use real life photos from people and then draw them because I want to improve my realistic drawing skills and it has made me realise how precise you have to be when doing realistic sketching/drawing. From the way the eyebrows arch to the size of a nose, it has given me the realisation of how unique each person truly is.
Below is some of the progress that helped me get to my finished piece. Also I have left some side by side comparisons of the pictures and my sketch.
