By popular demand, there will be a second round Smartnode group buy. We got 2 smartnodes 1st time round and i have a feeling we will get another 2 smartnodes this time. At the minute the price of SMART is good for a group buy even though smartcash has fallen a few places on marketcap over the last week. The node payouts plus smart rewards payouts are just to juicy to pass up. In July we will get 550 SMART for each smartnode we have in the pool so we are compounding like smart people do.

Like i said the price is pretty good at under 8 cent making the cost of each smartnode around $760 which i think is cheaper than last time.
How do we do this?
Simple, we sell each smartcash masternode off in 1% chunks. If you would like to get involved and invest into a smartnode leave a comment and i will add you into the table below. A price in STEEM will be calculated and a collection post will be made when we have 10,000 SMART added to the table. When everyone has paid, i will buy the smartcash from most likely hitBTC and transfer them onto my QT wallet. From there i set up the masternode using a VPS and update the excel sheet. I'll make a monthly post around the 25th after reward payments to keep everyone updated and in the loop. I normally offer withdraws at any time which nobody has ever asked for but i still need to say that as this is part of a masternode, your money will be locked in and only withdraw-able when involved community members vote on a withdraw.
Smartnode and Smart rewards payouts
A smartnode will earn around 360 smartcash per month but this amount goes down slowly over time. At this time, payouts are paid out on avg of every 2 days for around 24 SMART each time . The payouts at a quick glance look to roughly half every year meaning we will be earning 180 smart this time next year. Then we have smart rewards to get on the 10,000 coins used for the smartnode which is roughly 180 smartcash on the 25th each month. We add them together and earn around 540 smartcash of complete passive income. All of the earning are paid into the same address that holds the smartnode. We are able to withdraw any earned smartcash but the 10,000 used for the node is locked up. This sounds ok and fine until we learn that withdrawing earned smartcash results in not getting smart rewards for that month. If we ever build enough to make another node, we will have forfeit smart rewards for that month. I will include up to date payouts in smartcash updates posts and videos.

Terms
- Prices quoted above are todays prices and to used give an idea but will most likely change by the time of the buy.
- All invest is locked in and will only be released after a community vote with involved members deciding.
- All earned smartcash through node and rewards payouts will remain on the smartnode address until we either build enough for another node are involved members vote for a withdraw of earned smartcash.
- The VPS to run the node costs around $5 per month. This cost is $60 per year and will be recouped when any cashouts that are made are the smartnode is sold.
- All involved members our reasonable to stay up to date with this. Your funds are safe but you must be available to take part in any voting that concerns the smartnode.

That's great that it's going so well and you're considering getting another one. What would happen if a single member wanted to withdraw their portion?
If 1 person really needed out, there portion could be bought out by another member/members depending on how big there piece of the pie is
