Yes technically is time to go long on Bitcoin. Btc/Usd weekly chart indicates the price can't break the 20day simple moving average , ( are around $10,000.). The price has tested this area two times without out breaking it. Last week the weekly candle ends in doji star. If this week candle ends bullish is great sign of end of the down trend . Traders can confidently go long.
