This is an image of OUR LADY OF PERPETUAL HELP. It is one of the very revered images of Mary the Mother of God in the Catholic Church.
This picture reminds me of the Latin chant of the Hail Holy Queen (one of the collection of prayers prayed with the Rosary) which I learnt while growing up; SALVE REGINA
