Our system is working perfectly. The unique problem you've encountered has already been resolved around the time you wrote this comment. Essentially, our conversion replaced the first h of https with a #, which resulted in your browser showing your the invalid memo.
Also, the fact that you're getting your transfers returned, that are below our transfer threshold is indeed correct.
