Starting this month, I am changing the benefit policy as follows:

D) 1 NFT to 20% of poolies randomly.
E) 1 NFT to Top 10% poolies by locked.
F) One NFT to 10 poolies from Top 10% poolies by locked amount, randomly.
G) 1 NFT to all from Top 3, by locked.
H) 1 NFT to Top 1, by locked.
