@onemedia Thank u for the reply 100% agree with u, but having some kind of rewards back to the makers of the space and the content being created will help everyone elevates their work by being able to dedicate more time and resources, get what they need, upgrade mic's buy controllers, softwares pay for their internet just few examples... we have people in the community from all corners of the earth which is amazing. and would be great to reward them back for their amazing contributions and time they put to create this amazing content.

Now that you mention it ... something about material remuneration has an effect of 'making professionals' out of the participants from both within their own perception and obviously externally... Since you mention gear (sponsorship, product placement, endorsement deals ... if we could attract someone like Roland/Yamaha?) ... OK mouth watering, wishful thinking ... I look forward to our collective growth!!
