Guten Morgen. Today I want to share my liquid breakfast smoothie recipe with you.
Here's what you need:
- 1 banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 cups water
- 1 tea spoon tumeric/curcuma
- a few drops hemp seed oil
Put everything into a blender (squeeze the lemon, don't put it in with the fruit skin) and blend until smooth.
Pros: Healthy, tastes good
Cons: Looks like someone puked into a glass

Will have to try this. If you want to get more absorption of the tumeric you've got to add organic black pepper. You'll get up to 40% more absorption just by adding the pepper. Thanks for posting..... @kbargold

It's not very sweet. However, you can add 1-2 tea spoons of honey optionally (or to make it attractive to kids).
