Thanks for the analysis, but the first question that comes to my mind is what will be the worth of these tokens in SBD or Steem values?
If these tokens have minimal value they have not anything to add to the system. If for example the 50 votes value in tokens worth as 20 votes in SBD then are just votes and do not add any motivation for better earnings to the users.
Instead of the tokens why steemit do not make a decision to give more power to the users, more vote worth and increase of the shared rewards pool? I think that this is the correct solution. Smart Tokens if have no real value will be just an elusion to the real problem.
