What is Sndbox?
When I first joined I had some idea of what Sndbox was. It wasn't until weeks later that I really understood what the "Incubator" reference was about.
Sandbox is an incubator for artists, designers, writers, community leaders. A place where they/we can think tank and manifest ideas together.
It is an organisation whose focus is to foster and nurture creatives to join Steemit.
They believe in supporting the recruitment and on-boarding process by providing coaching & support, which in turn empowers all members in their craft both professionally and financially.
It is the breeding ground for innovation and change.
And yes, that includes changing lives.
The SNDBOX Mission.
At Sndbox, our mission is to build a digital (online) and physical (offline) creative community through the power of Steemit and the STEEM blockchain.
Recruit : Onboard super talented creatives and entrepreneurs who are entirely new to Steemit and cryptocurrency as a whole.
Coach : Over time, we’ll help these minnows become dolphins. Sndbox will reward strong content and provide supportive feedback. Coaching is critical to retain talented Steemit contributors and help them engage their audience.
Empower : Our team is developing an incubator that creatives can harness to empower their craft both professionally and financially. We believe that interdisciplinary practice paired with emerging technology can revolutionize growth and independence for the 21st century professional.

I have touched on the incubator reference before and it is that incubator that is one of the biggest draws for me. We have some of the best and brightest, most committed Steemit minds in that incubator (it honestly is such an honor to be among these people) and I have seen what they can do. Together we can all change the world in record time with this amazing think tank.

Empowerment
Empowered by Sndbox, I know this is no longer just a dream.
@SteemPh membership in @Sndbox is a huge game changer and it definitely boosted us along on my projected progress line. There are things we have dreamed about in Core that can be a real possibility in the very near future, and THAT is really exciting stuff.
Onwards and Upwards
With Project Alinaga, @steemph.cebu coming to Manila, the SteemPh Year Ender Party coming up and then Christmas we have a lot going on.
Despite his extremely busy schedule, our amazing @steemitph has already raised an idea for our first Sndbox funded project so stay tuned for news about that in the following months.

I would say so!
This is an awesome project and somehow I can just see that coming into fruition that anybody in the Steemit community can come into a co working space and sit comfortably, get wifi, coffee or tea and start tapping away and create their latest obra.
You see like you co working space are also excellent places to incubate talent and growth.
Hoping to grow more with you and everyone.
It is amazing, and so achievable I can taste it! 😊
Would you come in and spend time in a Steemit Hub? You painted such a great picture of coffee and tea and WiFi.
Give them free and fast WiFi and they will come?
If we build it they will come! We can even have sort of events like Writerthon (as a counterpart to Hackatons) speed writes, spoken word sessions.
I can see it hahaha.
