Would someone please tell me which figure in the logo is the Fascist???
In an article for the Daily Signal, The Fascist Roots of the American Left, conservative author Dinesh D'Sousa, draws from his book of the same title (see link). I guess I should point out before continuing, I'm aware of the false "Left/Right" dichotomy... there is, however a dichotomy that is not false- one consisting of two distinct groups of people- decent hardworking Americans and political parasites that back a group of Fascists attempting to destroy America from within. It doesn't matter if you call them "The Left", ANTIFA, liberals, or Cocksuckers from Mars, the result is the same... violent behavior against anyone that disagrees with them, destruction of property and the attempt to silence anyone that disagrees with them. These tactics are reminiscent of the tactics employed by National Socialist "Brown Shirts) in Weimar Germany when Hitler was ascending to national prominence.
Although ANTIFA and their supporters decry Fascism, as D'Sousa points out, their behavior is identical... If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck... While the Nazis were trying to gain power, they attempted to silence dissent by interrupting rallies held by other political parties. Moreover, they also tried to silence their detractors by vandalizing newspapers that published articles against them, thus establishing a hegemony on information. In America currently, the Left enjoys a fawning press that portrays them as heroes and as victims whenever anyone tries to call them on their atrocious behavior. Movies, virtually always portray these criminals as heroes, be it ANTIFA or the downtrodden blacks of Black Lives Matter- another group of criminal thugs. BLM even has the controversial Rev. Al Sharpton as their ad-hoc spokesman. They are also supported by many politicians... any views to the contrary are met with cries of racism.
In a similar article for the American Thinker, The New Civil War, Tom Trinko writes about the recent violence in Charlottesville, VA.
"While cowardly leftist leaders are trying to portray themselves as fighting Hitler they are really fighting anyone they don’t agree with. Remember that some Democrats said that Rep. Steve Scalise had it coming since he opposed gun control and that Democrats have been silent when left-wing violence was used to prevent Republicans marching in a parade in Portland." Once again, the same tactics employed by Nazi's attempting to gain power in Germany. He goes on...
"Facing a continued loss of power because their radical agenda is toxic to most Americans, the Democrat leadership -- which includes the MSM -- have decided that they have the right to physically attack anyone who stands in their way.
Like their Nazi and Communist forefathers, today’s Democrat leaders are comfortable sending swarms of Brownshirts out to beat into submission anyone who stands between them and power."
The Left and their allies in the MSM have now embraced violence against their detractors. Missouri Senator Maria Chappelle-Nadal has gone as far as Tweeting that she "hopes Trump is assassinated." Even after the Democratic leadership both in her own state and at the national level have called for her resignation, she refuses, lacking the integrity. She's also aware that the call for resignation was only political posturing- mere window dressing. The resounding defeat of the Democrat's odious ideology, considered toxic by decent people nationwide is being met with calls for violence.
As far back as the 1990's we have been warned about the Fascist tactics that would inevitably spread throughout America. Leonard Peikoff, in The Ominous Parallels provided political, cultural and economic indicators- similarities between Weimar Germany and the US making the latter ripe for the picking. At the end of WWII the civilized nations of the world promised "never again." Yet the same thing is happening once again in the guise of "tolerance and diversity"... Therapeutic Fascism, if you will. The ANTIFA and their allies on the Left are no more tolerant or diverse than the Nazis in Germany, the USSR under Stalin, or China under Mao. Each and every one of these movements demand strict ideological adherence... or else! In fact, the Left has adopted Mao's slogan (how they love their slogans) "Politics grows out of the barrel of a gun."
Fascism is as Fascism does. If a group behaves like Fascists, then they're Fascists regardless of what they say or whatever name they may adopt. One thing is certain- the violence is only going to get worse. The more these thugs are allowed to get away with, the more draconian tactics they will adopt. Violence begets violence and it will continue to exacerbate as long as the MSM continues to make excuses and cover it up. If the Left wants to adopt Mao's slogan and tactics, there are a few other things they may want to consider... such as who owns most of the guns. Seeing that they are so fond of slogans, here are a couple more... (this is an old one) "He who lives by the sword, dies by the sword." Or maybe this more recent one we liked in Vietnam- Locked, Cocked and ready to Rock!

So true, judge a man by his actions not his words. As you know, I have been focusing on the development of this mentality for a while in my ongoing series and am now working on suggestions for countering this increasingly violent manifestation of an authoritarian ideology. I am glad to see here on Steemit that so many are engaged in decrying the total idiocy undermining civil society. Rock on!

Unbelievable. Just when I figure these morons can't get any more idiotic. Hopefully, they will eventually alienate anyone with a brain, and all they will be left with is the thugs who only want violence and mayhem because...well...they just lack any reasoning ability.
I really like that spin on the more recognizable "Stupid is as stupid does." That is a good way to try to communicate the concept to the walking zombies.
