Doh. Those issues are so hard to track down & find. Insulation error could be a short circuit rather than loose wire btw.

Yeah they can be, well we shall see when I get an insulation tester. If I cannot find a lose wire that is the next step and hopefully I can find the short circuit with that megger tool.
