I think we are in accumulation phase so big boys going to run it up a little then get people excited to buy then drop it again to 16K before running it up. Look at a Wycoffe accumulation schematic. Pattern looks like following it at moment. Using the CPI data to pump it seems...Maybe in next coming week or so we get to 22 ish range before the drop it again. But again who knows !!!
