Ayer domingo como es tradición en Venezuela preparamos un rica sopa de res.
Los Ingredientes?, fácil, una gran variedad de verduras tales como: auyama, ocumo chino, yuca, ñame, apio, varias hojas que le dan mucho sabor tales como: cilantro, culantro y celery. El toque de res viene representado por una variedad de huesos de res, tales como: cogote, costillas, lagarto entre otros.
Una sopa con mucho sabor y cargada de una tradición de años.
