yea, i think it's just they can't so won't do sufficient posts themselves to internally upvote/or network with others to upvote others for reciprocal relations.

yea, it was a good deal until a while ago, looks like block trades is like 74 steem for 90 days per steem so not really a good deal, or at least compared to past.
