NASA released a video that portrays a view from space of the Earth year of life . The time-lapse movie has been realized thanks to the images captured with the EPIC satellite Room DSCOVR ( Deep Space Climate Observatory ) of NOAA ( National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration : involved in the project also the same NASA and the United States Air Force ) .
The satellite is in orbit about 1 million miles from Earth . To make the video have been used more than 3,000 photos taken by DSCOVR . The time-lapse shows the movement of clouds and also the shadow cast by the Moon ( March 2016) during a total solar eclipse .
