On the International congress on aeronautics in Adelaide representatives of the UAE I have declared ambitious plans for start of the first astronaut. It is planned that next year in the country the first group of astronauts will be created. And at the beginning of the 2020th years after a course of training they will go to space with use of the foreign spaceship. The UAE emphasize that want to create the steady program of development of the space program with scientific annexes to her. They emphasize that it will be not the just symbolical flight similar to sending tourists to space.
At the same time doesn't reveal what selection criteria in astronauts will be in the UAE. The issue and with the one who will send astronauts of the UAE isn't resolved yet. There are options with Russia, China and the private companies "Boeing" and SpaceX. Development of the large-scale program "Mars of 2117" in the UAE will begin with this flight. Within this ambitious program within hundred years of the UAE wants to build the whole city on Mars for now starts construction of its analog in the country.
