No doubt you will see accounts out there that claim to offer a large number of upvotes and resteems in exchange for a small sum of Steem order SBD. I decided to give one of these a try, and to sum it up, the effort was completely .jpg)
A good indicator of the validity of any kind of legitimate upvoting or resteeming service is to look at the account reputation. If it's low, especially in the negative, stay well away.
If some kind of assistance is needed to increase the value of a post, one service I would highly recommend is @randowhale
