Ya he hablado en muchas ocasiones de la cervecera de Barcelona, Garage Beer Co. De su calidad y regularidad en sus cervezas, así como de sus diferentes brewpub y fábrica que tienen en la propia ciudad. Probablemente es la cervecera de la que más he hablado y eso es porque todos los meses recibo puntualmente mi pack de latas de la marca pertenecientes al Garage Beer Club. Me suscribí hace ya seis años y nunca me arrepiento de ello. Me permite estar al día de todas sus producciones, acceder a descuentos y sobre todo a sus recetas, las cuales me gusta replicar, o al menos, intentarlo en casa. Es una opción muy interesante si amáis este mundo.

La cerveza que os muestro hoy, es una de las cuatro que me llegaron la semana pasada y que no tardé en degustar. Se trata de la Jarvis, una Hoppy sour.
Una cerveza muy curiosa, tiene un marcado sabor ácido, más propio de una wild ale o lambic. Pero no tan contundente como estas y lo más curioso es el final seco y amargo. Se nota la carga de lúpulo. De ahí lo de Hoppy Sour.
El toque cítrico la hace muy fácil de beber y la convierte en una cerveza muy refrescante y apta para todos los públicos, especialmente aquellos con ganas de probar cosas nuevas.

I've talked about the Barcelona-based brewery, Garage Beer Co., on many occasions. I've talked about the quality and consistency of their beers, as well as about their various brewpubs and breweries in the city itself. It's probably the brewery I've talked about the most, and that's because every month I punctually receive my pack of Garage Beer Club cans. I subscribed six years ago and have never regretted it. It allows me to stay up to date with all their products, access discounts, and, above all, their recipes, which I like to replicate, or at least try at home. It's a very interesting option if you love this world.

The beer I'm showing you today is one of the four that arrived last week, and I wasted no time trying it. It's the Jarvis, a Hoppy Sour.
A very unusual beer, it has a marked sour flavor, more typical of a wild ale or lambic. But not as strong as these, and the most interesting thing is the dry, bitter finish. You can notice the hops. Hence the name Hoppy Sour.
The citrus note makes it very easy to drink and makes it a very refreshing beer suitable for everyone, especially those eager to try new things.
