Cuando se juntan mi cervecera favorita, Stigbergets Bryggeri, y mi estilo favorito, West Coast IPA, es inevitable sonreir y prepararse para disfrutar. Al verter la lata en el vaso, el color ya me hace intuir que no se trata del estilo deseado, y mis sospechas se confirman al primer trago. Tras leer un poco más sobre la cerveza, observo que se trata de una "Skandinavian West Coast", estilo que no existe, pero que estos chicos suecos han querido inventar para elaborar una NEIPA de manual con cuerpo y un sabor increíble. Los 33 cl se quedan cortos y deseas más.

Avena y trigo aportan densidad y sabor, el lúpulo un amargor comedido pero persistente y mucho sabor a cítricos y fruta tropical. Realmente fácil de beber, cerveza de trago largo. El aroma es de los más potentes que he podido ver y ayudan a coronar una cerveza espectacular, como todo lo que hacen estos muchachos.
When my favorite brew, Stigbergets Bryggeri, and my favorite style, West Coast IPA, come together, it's inevitable to smile and prepare to enjoy. When pouring the can into the glass, the color already makes me suspect that it is not the desired style, and my suspicions are confirmed with the first sip. After reading a little more about the beer, I note that it is a "Skandinavian West Coast", a style that does not exist, but that these Swedish guys wanted to invent to make a textbook NEIPA with body and an incredible flavor. The 33 cl falls short and you want more.

Oats and wheat provide density and flavor, hops a moderate but persistent bitterness and a lot of citrus and tropical fruit flavor. Really easy to drink, long drink beer. The aroma is one of the most powerful I have ever seen and helps crown a spectacular beer, like everything these guys do.
