Prizm, una de las cerveceras francesas que más me gusta, por la calidad de sus cervezas y su buen hacer. Desde la Occitanie francesa exportan sus productos por Europa y yo siempre que puedo me hago con ellos.

Toques cítricos, a uva blanca y sobre todo a coco, me hacen identificar fácilmente los lúpulos Sabro, Mosaic y Galaxy. Que potencia de sabor tiene siempre en lúpulo Sabro, normalmente arrasa con el resto de sabores, pero en esta ocasión está bien contenido.
Cerveza muy suave en sabor pero refrescante. Poco cuerpo pero muy fácil de beber. Parece que tenga 4º en lugar de 7º.
Buena carbonatación que produce una espuma densa y persistente.
Las he probado mejores de esta marca, quizá esta sea la más floja, aunque al estar enlatada hace unos seis meses, puede que haya perdido algo de fuerza.

Citrus touches, white grapes and especially coconut, make me easily identify the Sabro, Mosaic and Galaxy hops. What power of flavor does Sabro always have in hops? It usually overwhelms the rest of the flavors, but on this occasion it is well contained.
Very mild beer in flavor but refreshing. Little body but very easy to drink. It seems like it has 4º instead of 7º.
Good carbonation that produces a dense and persistent foam.
I have tried better ones from this brand, perhaps this one is the weakest, although since it was canned about six months ago, it may have lost some strength.
