I hope you are all very well I introduce myself to you I am @amores.sf2 I am starting on the platform, and today I want to share for you on a topic that happens to be very interesting and exciting for me and I hope it is for you too! as it is nothing more and nothing less than the art of crafts, their contributions and benefits they offer us in many ways.
En mi publicación anterior les comenté que mis contenidos van a estar enfocados a publicar para ustedes post o videos de aquello que me apasiona como lo es la gastronomía, los viajes y muy especialmente en este momento hablarles un poco de mis habilidades en el mundo de las Manualidades.
In my previous publication I told you that my contents will be focused on publishing for you post or videos of what I am passionate about such as gastronomy, travel and especially at this time to talk a little of my skills in the world of Crafts.
Pero antes de adentrarnos en el tema es importante destacar el concepto de las manualidades y la importancia que representa en muchos aspectos para un buen vivir .
But before getting into the subject, it is important to highlight the concept of handicrafts and the importance it represents in many aspects for a good living.
Las manualidades la podemos definir en términos generales como aquellas actividades que realizan tanto jóvenes como adultos que sirven además para el desarrollo de la motricidad y la coordinación al mismo tiempo podemos decir que son actividades terapéuticas que favorecen la autoestima y la autoconfianza porque cada proyecto logrado te hace sentir mejor y más útil.
Crafts can be defined in general terms as those activities performed by both young people and adults that also serve for the development of motor skills and coordination at the same time we can say that they are therapeutic activities that promote self-esteem and self-confidence because each project achieved makes you feel better and more useful.
La práctica de las manualidades no sólo nos ofrece bienestar, buena salud mental, sino que también nos abre puertas en cuanto a oportunidades de emprendimiento y desarrollo económico se trata y eso lo hemos visto en los últimos tiempos con la llegada de la pandemia a nuestro país, logrando así mejores condiciones de vida en las personas que la practican.
The practice of handicrafts not only offers us well-being, good mental health, but also opens doors in terms of entrepreneurial opportunities and economic development and that we have seen in recent times with the arrival of the pandemic in our country, thus achieving better living conditions in people who practice it.
Con frecuencia es notable observar como personas han visto la práctica de estas actividades como oportunidades de ingreso además de ser una ayuda para solventar y subsistir ante la situación por la que estamos padeciendo en estos momentos.
It is often remarkable to observe how people have seen the practice of these activities as income opportunities in addition to being a help to survive and subsist in the situation we are going through right now.
Personalmente considero que las manualidades son actividades que nos permiten expresar nuestras emociones ,hoy en día el distanciamiento social nos ha restado la posibilidad de tener contacto con otras personas con las que siempre solíamos compartir,el practicar estas técnicas nos permite y ayuda a desviar nuestra atención de toda aquella información que nos afecta dando paso asi a enfocarnos en estimular los vínculos entre las personas .
I personally consider that crafts are activities that allow us to express our emotions, nowadays social distancing has taken away the possibility of having contact with other people with whom we always used to share, practicing these techniques allows us and helps us to divert our attention to all that information that affects us giving way to focus on stimulating the bonds between people.
A continuación les muestro a través de mis fotos una parte de mi, de algunas de mis creaciones que han sido elaboradas con mucho amor,esfuerzo,entrega,dedicación y que además me han sido de gran ayuda para seguir adelante mejorando mi calidad de vida y mis condiciones económicas a través de mis ventas.
