Excelente película dirigida por Victor Salva, La trama se refeire a un niño albino llamado Jeremy Reed y apodado "Powder", que tiene poderes paranormales relacionados con la electricidad.
Esta película se basa en su fondo de acción en los límites de la mente y el cuerpo humano, al mismo tiempo muestra su capacidad para la crueldad, y la esperanza de que un día la humanidad (personas), avanzará más allá de la tecnología y ciencia.
