Comida callejera sobre ruedas en "Caracas, Venezuela"

Curioseando en la web temas de cocina y comida me tope con algo interesante, “Caracas Pork”. Un foodtruck que viaja por Caracas ofreciendo unos excelentes platillos a base de Cerdo. Algunos se preguntarán ¿Que es un Food Truck? Un food truck​ (del inglés, «camión de comida») es un anglicismo para referirse a la gastroneta o camión restaurante. Es un vehículo grande acondicionado para elaborar y vender comida callejera. ​ En algunos, como las camioneta de helados, se preparan alimentos congelados o precocinados otros cuentan con cocinas a bordo que permiten hacer cualquier plato desde cero.

Debo confesar que aun no los he probado, pero haré lo posible de ubicar a estos panas para deleitarme con alguno de sus platillos. Me tope con su cuenta Instagram: @Caracaspork, y con solo ver las imágenes de lo que ofrecen en su menú se me hace agua la boca. Es una iniciativa interesante que solo he visto en programas de televisión en otros países, y que ahora disfrutamos gracias a estos jóvenes emprendedores, el primer foodtruck de Venezuela.
