Hoy quiero compartirles mi receta para preparar un delicioso biscocho que en nuestro país (Venezuela) es tradición compartir durante los meses de Diciembre hasta el 02 de Febrero de cada año.
"Today I want to share with you my recipe to prepare a delicious biscocho that in our country (Venezuela) is traditionally shared during the months of December until February 2nd of each year."
Ingredientes/Ingredients:
6 huevos frescos de tamaño regular/6 fresh eggs of regular size

300 gramos de azúcar/300 grams of sugar

300 gramos de harina todo uso/300 grams all-purpose flour

1 Taza Leche liquida/1 cup liquid milk

Esencia vainilla al gusto/Vanilla essence to taste

1 y media cucharada polvo hornear/1 and a half tablespoons baking powder

PROCEDIMIENTO/PROCEEDINGS

  1. Separamos las yemas de las claras/colocamos las claras en bowl para batir/Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites/place the egg whites in a mixing bowl.

    Puede ser batidora manual o pedestal,no hay problema/It can be manual or pedestal mixer, no problem.
    Debemos batir claras hasta punto de nieve/We must beat egg whites until stiff

    En este punto podemos agregar un poco de azúcar que tenemos reservada/At this point we can add a little of the reserved sugar.
  2. Agregar uno por uno las yemas de huevos que han sido separadas/Add one by one the egg yolks that have been separated.

    3)Agregar poco a poco en partes iguales,harina,azúcar restante, esencia vainilla,esencia o licor de anis, batir solo hasta integrar todos los ingredientes, y lograr punto letra./Add little by little in equal parts, flour, remaining sugar, vanilla essence, aniseed essence or liqueur, beat until all the ingredients are integrated and the mixture reaches the desired consistency.
    4)Vertir mezcla en un molde previo enharinado, ya precalentado horno a 250 grados, y hornear por espacio de 20 minutos./Pour mixture into a floured baking pan, preheated oven to 250 degrees, and bake for 20 minutes.

Y listo¡¡¡¡¡tu biscocho está doradito,deja enfriar desmolda y puedes compartir con un rico vaso de leche frio, o una copita de vino pasas./And ready¡¡¡¡¡tu biscocho is golden brown, let cool, unmold and you can share with a nice glass of cold milk, or a glass of raisin wine.
