¿Qué es un trabajador remoto?
Es aquella persona empleada por una empresa que no precisa de su presencia física, es decir, que no necesita que trabaje en la oficina. Así que emplea sus actividades vía online a través de las Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones.
¿Qué es un freelancer?
Es un trabajador autónomo, conocido actualmente como emprendedor. Este puede vender sus productos o servicios de forma física o virtual y mantiene una relación directa con el empleador o cliente.
Ventajas de trabajar en remoto
Sus ventajas dependen de los beneficios que te ofrezca la empresa, entre ellos están:
- Los contratos a largo plazo.
- Pagos fijos mensuales.
- Bonificaciones.
Ventajas de ser freelancer
Es retador, no sé si más que un ambiente laboral de oficina, pero si es retador. Siendo freelancer:
- Tus ganancias dependerán exclusivamente de ti.
- Serás dueño de tu tiempo.
- Trabajarás a tu manera y dónde quieras.
Pero no todo es color de rosa.
Desventajas de trabajar en remoto:
- Generalmente debes cumplir horarios.
- Tu nivel de ingreso depende de lo acordado en el contrato.
- En algunos casos, te sobrecargan de actividades fuera de tu puesto laboral.
Desventajas de trabajar como freelancer:
- No existe ingreso fijo.
- La desorganización puede jugarte en contra.
- Todas las decisiones de tu negocio dependen de ti. Esto puede ser una ventaja como desventaja.

- Ante la adversidad formuló un plan.
Si la mayoría de tus respuestas fueron “1”, felicidades, fuiste creado para ser un trabajador remoto, y esto no quiere decir que ganarás menos o que seas menos persona, simplemente te sientes cómodo formando parte del proyecto de otros y gozando de la estabilidad que brindan las empresas. Por el contrario, si la mayoría de tus respuestas fueron “2” estás listo para empezar tu negocio digital.
