Hello hive, I am Leonor Salcedo athlete dedicated to road and mountain biking.
Native and resident of Maracay, Aragua state. Runner of the two modalities national champion of route category master 2023 and national sub-champion of MTB category master 2023, being the one that more I practice the MTB executing jumps and maneuvers in circuits of XCO.
Soy miembro del equipo de ciclismo training team elite hace 3 años. Fuera del deporte soy madre de dos niños asistente administrativo de una empresa de transporte hace 12 años y ama de casa. Disfruto de compartir entrenamientos con mis compañeros como también de entrenar en solitario.
I have been a member of the elite cycling training team for 3 years. Outside the sport I am a mother of two children, administrative assistant of a transport company for 12 years and a housewife. I enjoy sharing training sessions with my teammates as well as training alone.

Descubrí hive gracias a mi amigo Víctor guerrero quien también entrena en mi equipo de ciclismo y me brindó la oportunidad de unirme a esta comunidad. Mi deseo es mantenerme activa en esta comunidad y llegar a todos aquellos interesados en esta disciplina.

Aspiro ser reconocida en minpais como referencia de este maravilloso deporte, agradezco a mis entrenadores y compañeros de equipo por su dedicación y apoyo en cada carrera cada objetivo que nos trazamos. El año pasado fue de mucho provecho y espero este sea aún mejor.
Voy con todas mis ganas y disciplina por los objetivos de esta nueva temporada de carreras! A volar que el cielo es el limite...
I aspire to be recognized in my country as a reference in this wonderful sport, I thank my coaches and teammates for their dedication and support in every race and every goal we set. Last year was very profitable and I hope this year will be even better.
I am going with all my will and discipline for the goals of this new racing season! Let's fly, the sky's the limit...
