Croquetas de arroz

Ingredientes:

• Arroz cocido.

• 1 huevo (a temperatura ambiente).

• 50 ml. De leche (a temperatura ambiente).

• 3 cucharadas de harina de trigo.

• Vainilla (opcional)

Preparación:

• colocar en un bol todos los ingredientes.

• pre-calentar una sartén con aceite.

• remover con una cucharilla todo lo que está en el bol.

• luego con otra cucharilla, poner una poco de masa y con la otra empujar la masa que está en la cucharilla hacia el aceite.

• esperar a que se pongan doradas y ahí tiene sus ricas croquetas de arroz…
