Andando un poco por aquí y otro poco por allá en nuestras actividades cotidianas, descubrimos en el camino un hermoso lugar al cual no habíamos ido antes, se trata de la Quinta de Juan Montalvo (-1.250803, -78.646173), quien fue en vida uno de los ilustres de la ciudad de Ambato en la epoca colonial.
Pudimos acceder a la que fue su casa (el boleto de entrada solo cuesta 1$). Es un bello lugar con un amplios jardines llenos de arboles y flores.
Lamentablemente, una de las reglas del lugar es que no podemos tomar fotografías del interior de la quinta, donde se conservan las pertenencias y muñecos de cera de este personaje histórico.
