Wonderful! The first step is to realize it and the best thing about this exercise is that you can make small changes just by modifying the way you walk. Consciously go for a walk but do it with your back straight, at a pace that you feel comfortable but not too fast or too slow, look for that middle point that gives you balance and the first few days become aware of everything that implies, for example, your hands also accompany your walk? Is your body tense or relaxed? I invite you to try doing this every day for the next three weeks and then tell me what changes you notice in your life.
