Arrollado de Palmito
Ingredientes.
2 tazas de harina de trigo 1 cucharada de levadura
6 cucharadas de aceite 1 huevo
½ taza de agua tibia sal a tu gusto
Preparación:
Se deshace la levadura con un poco de agua y se mezcla con, el aceite, harina, huevo,sal. Si la mezcla resulta muy dura se agrega un poco más de agua. Se estira y se cubre con palmito cocido. picados y condimentado a su gusto o como también puede colocarlo entero. Puede rellenarlo con queso, salsa de tomate, trocitos de tomate, lechuga, aguacate. entre otros ingrediente de tu preferencia. Se arrolla con cuidado, se corta en pedacitos de unos 3 cm de largo y se hornea hasta que la masa esté cocida.
