Garbanzos con Espinaca
Ingredientes:
½ kilo de garbanzos 1 tomate grande
½ kilo de espinacas 1 cebolla mediana
3 dientes de ajo Sal y aceite a tu gusto
Preparación:
Los garbanzos ya remojados se cocinan. Cuando están casi listos se agrega la cebolla finamente picada, el ajo, la sal, el tomate picado y la espinaca cortada. Se rocía un poco de aceite y se deja hervir con la olla tapada a fuego lento hasta que esté todo cocido.
