Salsa de Zanahoria
Ingredientes:
2 zanahoria Grandes 3 dientes de ajo
2 tomates medianos 1 cucharada de perejil picado
1 cebolla mediana Aceite y sal a tu gusto.
Preparación:
Las zanahoria se limpian y se rallan, los tomates se pelan y se pican, lo mismo con la cebolla. Luego en aceite se rehogan la cebollas con la zanahoria por unos 10 minutos revolviendo para que no se queme y enseguida se agrega el tomate y la sal. Antes de retirar del fuego se añaden los ajos triturados y el perejil.
